Scott Reeve, President
Scott Reeve is President of Composite Advantage, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in the composites industry, Scott combines his technical knowledge with business management skills to provide composite solutions to new markets. Composite Advantage builds large structural parts for the infrastructure and construction markets. Prior to starting Composite Advantage, Scott successfully managed technical projects as an engineering manager for Lockheed Martin and as the Vice-President for the National Composite Center. Scott serves on a variety of industry-wide associations and committees. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Washington University and Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
Andy Loff, Vice President
Andrew Loff is Vice President of Composite Advantage and is responsible for technical operations. He is an industry expert in molding technologies including vacuum infusion. He has developed specialized molding methods and taught hands-on molding courses to the industry. Loff designs the innovative FRP structures manufactured by the company. He was previously Manager of Molding Technology at the National Composite Center. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Composite Material Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Winona State University.
Heather Fattah, General Manager of Operations
Heather Fattah is the General Manager of Operations at Composite Advantage. She oversees production, engineering, procurement, administration, human resources, quality and installation services. She brings vast operational skills to the team, with concentrations in production systems, disciplined processes and employee development. She came to Composite Advantage with over ten years of management experience in manufacturing sectors, including machining, automotive and defense. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wilmington College.
Brian Patrick, Production Manager
Brian Patrick is the Operations Manager at Composite Advantage and has been with the company since 2012. He is responsible for daily production operations, which includes the supervision of manufacturing personnel and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. He brought with him 15+ years of management experience and has also worked in the composite field for 10 years.
Adam Rose, Design Engineer
Adam Rose is the Design Engineer at Composite Advantage, providing technical support for operations and overseeing the quality assurance program. He aids the company in the design of the innovative FRP structures that they manufacture as well as with the project management. Prior to coming to Composite Advantage in 2012, Adam worked in commercial and residential construction. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
Josh Driver, Facilities and Installation Manager
Josh Driver is the Facilities and Installation Manager for Composite Advantage and has been with the company since 2012. He brought with him 10+ years of construction and project management experience. Josh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management that he earned from Wright State University in 2001.
Jason Driver, On-site Installation Lead
Jason is the lead person on-site on projects installing Composite Advantage products. He has been with the company since 2010. He has lived and worked in some of the harshest, most remote areas in the world, including the Peruvian Amazon, Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and Nairobi, Kenya. A combination of his strong construction and mechanics background, as well as his desire to adapt and problem solve, has helped him thrive in every environment that he has been placed in. He is always looking forward to a new place and a new set of challenges.
Lori Bishop, Office Manager
Lori Bishop is the Office Manager at Composite Advantage. She has been with the company since 2006 and has been a part of all of the exciting changes the company has experienced. Her responsibilities include managing the administrative functions of the company as well as customer interaction. Lori has over 25 years of experience in the customer service field. She has a BA degree from the University of Dayton and she looks forward to the ever changing landscape of new and current projects with Composite Advantage.
Rachel Kipling, Human Resources Generalist
Rachel Kipling is the Human Resource Generalist at Composite Advantage, specializing in benefits, training and development, staffing and employee relations. She started working for Composite Advantage in April 2015. Rachel holds Bachelor's Degrees in both Management and Human Resources from Wright State University.
Aaron Brenner, Quality Supervisor
Aaron Brenner oversees the Quality Department as the Quality Supervisor. He and his team assist production in making sure all specifications, templates, and other measurements are held to the customers’ standards. He started with the company in 2010, proving invaluable as a source of knowledge for processes within the company. A hands-on individual with a wide skillset ready to tackle any problem that may arise.
Allison Hohnbaum, Materials Coordinator
Allison oversees the procurement of all materials and services, including inventory and management. Allison brings with her experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems in defense and manufacturing companies. She has a BS in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
